getting in & out
In the welcome message you received before your arrival (via the booking platform messaging service), there are 2 sets of codes. One for the front door e-lock and one for your apartment key box.
Use the code provided for the front door to get into the building. Input the code using the keyboard and then press the lock symbol on the right. That’s it! If something goes wrong, don’t worry, we can open the front door remotely as well.
There is an analogue lock box by your apartment door. Use the lock box to get the key and electricity card. Open the door with your key and insert the electricity card in the sensor by the door.
Only one set of key / electricity card is provided. Use the lock box to leave the key for the other person if that is required.
To unlock the front door, turn the door knob to the right 3-4 times until it unlocks. Close the door behind you and press the left lock key on the keyboard to lock the door. The door locks automatically in ten minutes.
When checking-out, please leave the keys in your apartment lock box and scramble the digits.

Make sure that you lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment. We bare no responsibility for the safety of your belongings.

This is a smoke free zone. Please respect our future guests and smoke in one of the many outdoor areas.

In order to contact us in case you have a question or you need anything, please call or message us on Whatsapp in the number provided in our welcome message or just message us via the booking platform messaging.
air conditioning
The A/C in the apartment offers excellent results in both cooling and heat. Adjust as needed.
Never leave the air-condition ON while the windows are open, when you leave the apartment or when you do not need it. Respect the environment and help us keep our prices reasonable.
airport transfers
If you require Airport Transfer, please let us know the previous day at the latest. An English-speaking taxi driver will pick you up and take you to the airport. You can pay the driver directly in cash or card. The taxi can transfer up to 4 people. If you need a transfer for more people ask us to give you a quote for a mini-van
The flat rate is:
45€ from 5:01 am to 11 pm. 60€ from 11:01 pm to 5 am
drinking water
Tab water in Athens is of excellent quality, feel free to drink it and refill your water bottles.
hot water
Hot water is provided by a solar panel, so there is no need to turn the water heater ON. In case of heavy rain, cloud or snow, you can turn the water heater on from the electric board on the second floor by the roof garden door.
smart tv & netflix
The smart TV is already set up for the internet. Access Netflix by choosing the profile with your apartment name (e.g. Walkway 2)
trash
Please take the trash out. Trash bins and Recycle bins are located at the end of the street to your left when exiting the building.
cleaning services
If you require additional cleaning services, fresh linens and towels, please let us know the previous day. There is a charge for 35€, paid in cash.

kitchen
In our fully equipped kitchen, you will find: pots and pans, silverware and glassware, plates and cups, a toaster, a boiler, various kitchen utensils, salt, pepper, complimentary Nespresso caps and cookies, tea and sugar.
cooking
You can cook by using the double ceramic stove, or the portable halogen oven which is stores in one of the bottom kitchen cupboards.
stove
Turn the right power touch button on. Choose which plate you want to use. PLATE A or PLATE B. Turn on the heat from 1-9 accordingly. Turn off the stove by touching the power button again. A red light will remain on until the plate has completely cooled down.
vent
Please turn on the vent even when cooking the simplest or quickest meal. You don’t want our next guests to be smelling your breakfast!
halogen oven
Find a portable halogen oven in one of kitchen bottom cupboards. Take it out, and place it on the countertop in order to prepare a meal.
In our amazing halogen oven, you can prepare all kinds of meals and desserts, even without adding any oil or other greasy substances. It is very easy to use and clean.
